How does it work?

Simply refill your Ear Seed Kits with these new seeds and follow the step-by-step instructions included in your original treatment kit.

Applying the ear seeds to the suggested acupressure points on your ears, sends signals (neurotransmitters) to the reflex centres of your brain to relax your nervous system, stimulate endorphins and promote healing. 

What is included in the kit?

• 40 x 24k gold-plated ear seeds, which allows you to perform each treatment 5 times

Please note: refill packs do not include treatment cards or instruction cards. These are only included in the full treatment kits. 

How do use them?

Step by step instructions are also included with the full treatment kits. 

Once you have applied the seeds onto the prescribed points of the ear, gently massage the seeds whenever you remember, in order to continue stimulating the acupressure points.

How long do you wear them for?

Ear seeds are single-use and we recommend wearing them for up to 5 days at a time. The seeds will slowly lose their stickiness and fall off themselves. After 5 days, we advise you to peel off any remaining  seeds and dispose. You can re-apply a new set two days later.
